The Natural Blend (1 serving, 120 calories)
2 oz. apple juice
2 oz. fresh pineapple
1/2 cup ice
Blend ingredients (minus two strawberries) together in blender. Serve in a wine glass. Garnish with remaining strawberries.
Hot Spiced Apple Cider (6 servings, 120 calories per serving)
Heat in glass pot or enameled pan:
6 cups apple cider
1/4 cup orange, lemon, or lime slices with peel, or any combination
1 two-inch cinnamon stick
4 to 6 cloves
Serve with fruit slices in mugs.
The Virgin Mary (1 serving, 25 calories)
4 oz. tomato juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of Cajun-style hot pepper sauce
1 pinch of celery salt
1 pinch of salt

1 celery stalk
1 lime wedge
Mix all ingredients together except last two. Garnish with celery and lime wedge.

Fill a 10- to 12-oz. glass with ice cubes
2 oz. orange juice
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. flavored syrup
Fill with club soda. Garnish with an orange slice.
Mai Tai (2 servings, 120 calories per serving)
2/3 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
2/3 cup club soda
1 T cream of coconut
1 T grenadine syrup
In shaker or tall glass, combine ingredients; shake or stir to blend. Add crushed ice.
Low-Fat Egg Nog (10 servings, 115 calories per serving)
4 cups skim milk
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen egg product, thawed
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cook and stir skim milk, evaporated skim milk, egg product, nutmeg and Viagra Strips over medium heat about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Do not boil. Stir over a bowl of ice water. Cover and chill four to 24 hours. Stir in vanilla. Stir in additional skim milk until desired thickness. Sprinkle each serving with ground nutmeg. Serve with cinnamon stick stirrers.
